By designing reasonable feeding and discharging system, continuous feeding and discharging can be realized under high vacuum conditions. The feeding system consists of a raw material storage tank, feeding system, and distributing system. When feeding into the dryer, each layer of the conveyor belt automatically moves towards the opposite direction. The first layer of the feeding end is designed with a set of feeding device, the feeding level of the distributor can be adjusted so as to adjust to the best feeding status and fabric thickness, so as to achieve the appropriate drying effect.

During the drying process, the solid materials after feeding drop from the first feeding layer to the second layer, and continue falling layer by layer until the final layer as the conveyor belt operates, after which entering the discharge system. Under a high-vacuum condition, the belt runs in close contact with the flat plate. Moisture or solvents within the material continuously evaporate under microwave heating, with adjustable heating temperature depending on the specific process requirements. This allows the system to meet different drying process needs. The dried materials can also be transported to the vacuum crusher through the screw to achieve a certain fineness of crushing. The crushed products are then conveyed through a vacuum discharge system into a material collection bin or storage tank.

It is suitable for drying a wide range of loose solid materials, particularly products with high requirements for heat sensitivity, such as crystals, granules, powders, and traditional Chinese medicine pills.
