The free warranty period of the microwave equipment of Youshengda Microwave Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is 18 months from the date of the completion of the equipment manufacturing and the acceptance of the commissioning, and the full tracking service after the expiration of the period.

We will dispatch professional personnel to conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and training after delivery.

On-site commissioning: After installation of the equipment and the availability of water, electricity, and other required utilities, our technical personnel shall be responsible for commissioning the equipment until it reaches normal operating condition.

On-site training: We provide on-site training at the buyer’s factory for two days, covering equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.

Emergency service: After receiving the user’s emergency service request, our company has established a dedicated sales and maintenance service center to provide 24-hour service for all users.

Service objectives and support: prompt, friendly and considerate. Remote support by email, phone, or video call, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Beijing Time, GMT+8), and on-site support.

Regular service: After the warranty period, we will continue to conduct customer follow-ups and telephone follow-ups, and provide lifetime product tracking services.

The factory has a user training base, training materials prepared by professionals, free training, and free consultation.

Theoretical training content: basic knowledge of microwave equipment operation; Microwave equipment structure and system knowledge; Cooling water and oil circuit management; Basic knowledge of electrical appliances; Microwave equipment operation and maintenance knowledge.

On-site training content: introduction of main equipment structure, operation performance, specific operation procedure drill, maintenance and repair procedure drill, and on-site training to enable user operators to operate independently and handle simple faults. Technical training courses for microwave equipment operators are held regularly every year.

In addition, microwave drying oven, microwave extractor, vacuum microwave drying oven, etc. are all-in-one machines, which do not need to be installed and debugged. They have been inspected before delivery, and can be operated after being powered on.
